Of course I was watching the game last night Dry I am probably one of the most hated persons in Boston now haha. Shika it is really cool to be able to say I have friends all over the country.

Baldo has it nice, my older cousin was one of the lunch ladies when I was in high school, that came with perks.

When I helped out at Sacred Heart’s school cafeteria when the boys were in grade school, the Milk Lady, as we called her, a long standing parishoner who I had known since I was a little girl, used to hide orange juice boxes for her grandson and his friends. Used to piss people off that she did that. It really wasn’t right, but I never said anything to her. How could I? She was in her early 80’s and a nice little old lady. And I mean little, she stood about 4 foot 5!

That’s why we have rules here that family members can’t work where other family members are in regular contact. Favoritism is too tempting to resist.

Shika our school could not have survived without volunteer help from family members so I have to disagree. She was the exception and in her 80s. My kids got a GREAT EDUCATION. Oldest graduated from Ivy League Cornell, Magna cum Laude, would not have happened had he been educated in this county school system we have, believe me! Youngest never would have gone to college without attending Sacred Heart, those teachers gave you inspritation and a DESIRE to better yourself. Our public system just passes you from grade to grade regardless.

If it is clear in your neck of the woods, step outside and look at the moon. Jupiter is situated right next to it and plainly visible. This will not happen again until 2026.

Thanks cleo! Our sky has cleared, it is COLD AS H—- OUT THERE, and getting windy, but I did see it, not as clear as you I am sure, but it was PRETTY! Thank you for the heads up! Youngest is out there now, looking at it too!
