Calif tried that years ago. All of the dry cleaning plants were bought out by big oil and then closed down. The refineries got their credits and the bought out dry cleaner plant owners got start up money to build ultra expensive not polluting as much plants.
…‘climate change’ is certainly real, however, what is being disputed is whether it is natural or man-made…my personal opinion is it is 90% natural, 10% human contribution, and not a damn thing we do would change it one way or another…
