Okay, I’ve been assuming that there are depths to Eldo’s posts that I don’t understand, but I’m now wondering if he has just gone completely bonkers. Does any of this stuff make sense?

He should be married… why should he be happy.

…eldo, are you drunk? Seriously, though, are you not feeling well? (I’m concerned about stroke, you see…)

I am fed up with Eldo and am seriously thinking about either finding a new site for Pogo or just stopping him all together. Any suggestions?

I remember Flo recapping on when her and Andy got married… It wasn’t in the ‘old’ classics but I saw it on GoComics somewhere by the new ‘authors’

Andy & Flo are looking at the moonlight and Flo says something like ‘Look at that lovely moon, Pet’. It takes me back to the night you proposed to me. You got down on one knee as you had dropped something and then said “I suppose we could get married”

Not a Smythe standard but I’ve read worse.

Not to be fresh…You’re welcome Luv !My relationship with my dad enabled me to “keep a stiff upper lip”, but nearly crashed at the memorial service when during the military honors part where the one guy blew Taps and looking around, I could see the good turnout we had. The two of them folded the flag and presented it to the eldest, me, before departing. We did our little speeches after and before adjourning to the banquet. If you and “Dad” are on good terms, enjoy it well. My dad was a mixed barrel that I wont go into here. Thanks for stopping by now and then. You are missed.

Thank you! I miss everybody here too when I’m away. My Dad and I are on GREAT terms… So is me and Mum.

That must have been a real true honour to be presented with the flag. That memory will stay with you forever. I can imagine how proud your Dad would have been of his 3 terrific sons.

Not that you’ll take any notice but I’m going to say it anyway:

You don’t need us to tell you that we’re all VERY worried about you. Well… Unless it’s gone in one ear and out the other is beyond me. But if you’re doing this on purpose then please stop. If you can’t control yourself then I suggest you see a doctor. If I actually could, I would drag you there myself.

I’m not having a go…Just looking out for you. You’re one of the most valued, funniest commenters and we all love seeing you here with your image postings and artwork and funny Andy Capp avatars… But as your friends… We won’t stop worrying or being concerned until YOU do something about it. We can’t help you as much as we would like to but people who you know personally can.

Tell our ‘old’ Eldo he’s missed…. Very much so.

I’ve not seriously thought that Eldo is having mental health problems. I thought he was just having some fun at our expense. In other words just being a jerk.Eldo: Either seek help or cut it out.

Maybe the _______ wore off for Eldo. He hasn’t posted since about 8:30AM US eastern. Pray he’s ok.

WHAT THE H/// IS WRONG WITH ELDO?

Do any of you know him personally? I have been reading his comments for a long time now, always enjoyed them. This is totally OFF THE WALL!

I know, sweetie. I’ve tried emailing him personally, but no response, so far. For those of you who don’t know our eldo the way some of us do, please be patient and indulge him a bit longer. There are obviously, some very serious things going on in his life, at the moment.We need to let him know that we are a family here and as such will do everything we can to help one of family members.
