I remember when Snackwells came out and they were marketed as a healthy snack. I believed it and ate more than I should have. What a crock! Better to eat one normal cookie made with real ingredients than 4 of those things!Hello Cathy clan! Susan , I’m pretty sure I gained weight on Snackwells, and I’m sure I’m not the only one!

I think one problem with “diet foods” is that they’re all sweetened. If you eat those it actually changes your tastes, so that you can’t stand eating food with a low sugar content. So – you eat more sweet stuff.

Not the best way to re-educate your dietary habits!

I’m with the rest of you. I stick with high fat foods to begin with — they are more filling!

Since I can rarely stop at just one cookie, I try not to eat any. My biggest downfall though when it comes to cookies I simply can’t resist no matter how hard I try are the chocolate no-bakes. I swear . . . those things are like CRACK to me!!! I just love, love, LOVE them!!!!! ;-)
