Nobody’s forcing you to eat more healthful options. You can still eat all the junk food you want. Just don’t say we didn’t warn you when heart disease, a stroke, and/or diabetes hit you later on (said the man who now deals with two out of the three on a daily basis at the ripe young age of 52)!

Eh. Better to die of something than from nothing. Enjoy life!

Even with knowledge, I used to eat junk without restraint. Now that I realize how miserable I feel eating junk and how good I feel eating healthy food, it’s an easy decision. Sure, it takes a little conscious thought and effort, but why have we become such a lazy society, expecting something for nothing? And we wonder why the big pharma companies are so rich and dictating our medical “care”…Hello Cathy clan!

I never regret eating food while I’m eating it, only after.

I try to eat well enough so that I never regret anything — either before, during or afterwards . . . not even the occasional hamburger with everything on it!!!!!
