Amout of time spent answering calls from the phone services offering to reduce my rates....amount of time spent trying to compare the offer I just got with the offer before that...amount of time spent being embarrassed that i'm no longer sure which long-distance service I have...Amount of time spent whining to people about the amount of time spent dealing with phone deals...Value of my time per hour multiplied by all of the above hours divided by the square root of aggravation equals...Cost of the average phone call: $490.00.

So true, jmoodysr! I do recall shopping around for rates and eagerly switching for the best deal. Much different than my parents who were more loyal to AT&T.Hello Cathy friends! A belated happy birthday to Susan Newman, who I hope still comes by to read!
