Oh, no one I know ever reads the nutritional content of Girl Scout cookies. One either buys them because you want to do something nice for a decent organization (they have their problems, like most) or you think the cookies are tasty!!! I usually buy them for the latter reason.
Hello Cathy clan! Thanks for the kind wishes yesterday! You’re right, sis, Jr’s birthday is actually March 27, but we had her party today with her friends because next Friday there is no school with a week holiday after (for Easter), so I’m sure no one will be in town. The party turned out great, thanks to some wonderful ladies that I hired to help. The theme was Star Wars to please Jr, but they did a spa at our house for the more girly things that most 12 yo girls like. The food was Star Wars themed, like "7 Leia Dip, Obi-Wan Kabob-ies, Jabba the Hummus, Leia Buns (cinnamon rolls), Luke Skywaters, etc. A good time was had by all and they even put Jr’s hair into Leia buns, which looked awesome!

Yummmmm . . . Thin Mints and Do-Si-Dos. Give me those and throw in some Tagalongs (my favorites) while you’re at it and I’d be doing a happy dance right now! No doubt about it: I’d (most likely) hate myself in the morning when I stepped on my scale but tonight . . . well . . . that little bit of extra weight I’d gain would be totally worth it anyhow!!!!! ;-)
