Female coworker: We can't let you do this to yourself! Charlene: We love you and want to help! Cathy: It's a fat-free, cholesterol-free, sodium-free rice cake! Female coworker: Total denial. So sad. Charlene: She had fresh fruit stashed in her purse!!

It’s another world. I’ve never bothered about counting calories, carbs or colour – just eat enough, not too much, of what’s tasty and healthy.
Well, it worked fine until That Certain Age hit me . . .

I tried the South Beach diet once, very similar to the Atkins with great results. Until I tried to eat normally again, I ended up gaining back more than my original weight. I’m going the normal, slow route now.

Fresh fruit . . . out.Fat-free, cholesterol-free, sodium-free rice cakes . . . out.Is there really anything left except complete and total starvation. . . all for a dress that will only be worn once? It’s ridiculous!Cathy just needs to eat healthier, get more exercise . . . and quit listening to these two whack-a-doodles because they have absolutely no idea what they’re even talking about!
