I have a feeling she went shopping. Or off the deep end. Or maybe both.
Hello Cathy friends! Since we’re out of the country, we get a little more time to do our taxes, but I’m getting really frustrated trying to get my mom’s done. Arrrgh!!

I don’t know lightenup, I thought she was already off the deep-end. Maybe she went to find some carbs.
Hello Cathy friends! Try not to stress too much, take a deep breath, get yourself a treat, it’ll be over soon.

Happily, living in Canada, my taxes aren’t due for another two weeks!

Hubby got our (federal) taxes done and mailed off yesterday. Next up: property taxes due on May 10th (and that’s just the first installment. The second one is due November 10th).
I swear: no matter what branch of the government you’re dealing with, they get you one way, then you barely turn around and they get you another way. Seems like there’s rarely a break in-between. AACK!!!!! :-P
Hi, rgcviper!
Hello and Happy Wednesday, fellow Cathy fans. Hope everyone had a really nice day today! :-)

Thanks for the sympathy, friends! I just made the payment for my mom’s federal, so it’s mostly done. Her accountant is filing an extension, so the numbers aren’t final, but at least it’s handled.
Thanks, hendelca! You have my sympathy for handling your father’s final return. I honestly don’t know what I’ll do at that point, but one step at a time, right? This year we are going to sell her house that she’s had since 1965, so that’s my next dread. To me, an accountant is worth every penny.
Off to bed… Hopefully, I’ll sleep well tonight. :-)

Go ahead and slap him, Cathy. You know you want to.
HI, MOM. Greetings, Clan.
