Man: Try the high-protein diet, Cathy...you could have eggs fried in butter tomorrow! Cathy: Are you crazy?? I can't eat butter! Man: I've seen you eat butter before. Cathy: You've seen me eat butter when I was cheating on a low-fat diet! That's a completely different thing! Forbidden foods are only allowed when cheating......never as part of a regular diet!! Man: Incredible. Cathy: I know. So many food experts...so few of us actually understand the rules.
