Geez, you two. Is this the only real estate agent/office in town?If not, forget about sucking up to her and just find another one in-stead. You’ve got two separate houses to sell and a third one to buy together. Since you really didn’t connect with this particular agent the first time you met her, then you need to keep looking until you find one that you DO connect with. It’s obvious that she isn’t the one for you so it’s time to get off your lazy rears-ends and go talk to someone else instead. As I’ve said before: this isn’t rocket science ….. it’s just plain common sense!
