Our dog has always been allowed on any piece of furniture we’ve ever owned — except the tables. She’s a very tiny dog that we keep clean with regular baths so we’ve never worried about her breaking or getting anything dirty that she sits, lays or sleeps on.

We’ve always let our dogs sit on the furniture. They are cleaner than the kids.
