Irving: The pastrami sub with cheese, mustard and relish! My birthright!...No. I can't do it anymore. I'll undo six months of work on my abs. The grease-drenched sloppy joe with jalapeno nachos!...No. Isn't worth it. I'll undo nine months of cardio training. The beer! The potato salad! The pickles! The peppers! The belly. The cholesterol. The sodium. The reflux. I want it! But I don't want it! I can! But I shouldn't! I deserve it! I'll regret it!! YES! NO! YES! NO! Cathy: Brain vs. body! At last a super bowl competition women can relate to! Simon: The game's over here! You're supposed to be looking at the TV screen!

He’s doing it all wrong. You’re supposed to eat the stuff! THEN you spend the next six months regretting it.

Dieting and exercise is about living better so what we are in shape when we want to celebrate. After the celebration we can get back on the stationary bike and get ready for the next celebration. It all depends on your point of view. Are you exercising off the last party or getting ready for the next one.
