Irving: $380?? WHAT?? You had two seats available for $220 ten seconds ago when my "booking session expired"! You're probably holding those seats in some cyber-vacuum for ME! You don't know you made me log out!! I'm HERE, you idiot! It's ME, you moron! I HAVE DIBS ON THOSE SEATS, YOU...YOU... Laptop: "Sorry. Application unexpectedly quit, as it doesn't like being yelled at."

I always suspected that they could hear us.

As I suggested yesterday – the price did go up. I am really glad my computer cannot hear me – at least I really hope it cannot hear me or I would be getting that final error message quite often. Ah Jbarnes I am glad to know I am not the only IT person with that skill. Back in my college teaching days students would often ask my help for a problem with their program. Of course when I was looking it worked just fine. But then I also had the opposite skill – during the grading part of the project when I actually used the program they wrote I could get it to crash – even though the students would spend extra time making sure it was bomb proof. Ah, fun times.
I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend.

Aggravating, I know. But you’d better go ahead, bite the bullet, and take the $380.00 tickets while you still can because if you allow your “booking session” to “expire” a second time while you sit there, screaming at your computer over that sudden $160.00 price hike from only “10 seconds” ago, it may very well cost you $500.00 (or more) each if you’re forced to log back into their website for a third time another 10 seconds from now! :-/

I feel ya, Irving. Technology can be a pain the … that … sometimes. However, take a deep breath. Something will work out.
Now, whether your wife will respond so kindly might be a different matter. Ha.
HI, MOM. Hello, Clan.
