For most of us, our bodies aren’t much of a surprise. It’s not like I can take a break from mine, see it again years later, and be surprised on how it looks. And if I’m not happy with it, I’d do my best to change that, although I think most of us just come to terms with how things are after a number of years. It’s life (shrug). But I do make a good effort on keeping myself healthy and helping my body run and look good. You only get one body after all.
