IF YOU HAVE A TOUCH-TONE PHONE, PRESS ONE. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A TOUCH-TONE PHONE, FOR CRYING OUT LOUD, GET OUT OF THE CABE YOU'VE BEEN LIVING IN AND GET ONE, DOOFUS!
although they could be frustrating when i was trying to win something by calling my favorite radio station’s contest line back in the late ’60’s, i, too miss rotary phones…
I’m so fed up with the smart phone hype (just another way the companies try to make you spend more hard earned money) that the next time I need a new cell phone, I’ll ask them if they have one with a rotary dial.
Did you know that the dial telephone mechanism was one of the most reliable and effecient devices ever invented? Despite thousands of make-break acuations of the contacts, did you ever hear of one failing?
