Although, I do personally prefer Sheldon’s work (Like the Fabulous Furry Freak Bros) to Crumb’s work

Fritz was Crumb’s biggest hit; the animated version was pretty good, IMHO; even if I didn’t agree with it’s “life is drugs” message.

Those guys were great but you wont see ’em in here, especially their more randy work.^^LOL yeah

Here’s the Hog of Steel on a visit to Newcastle during the Summer of Love [2nd]  He ended up in Hartlepool on the dole, shaking-up tourists on-pilgramige to Andy’s Statue, and snorkeling [snerk] in the non-existent Canal for loose Shillings.

Maybe Andy’s Twitter account got hacked.

Andy is too lazy to bother learning how to use a cell phone, never mind Twitter

Chalkie is assuming that whoever posted that Twitter entry is telling the truth. Well yes, Andy might never actually buy a round for his mates…but is he capable of bragging that he did, even though he didn’t?Is the Pope quitting?

Andy would never be enough of a twit to tweet.

Andy’s been drunk enough to sing in the church choir (“So THAT’S where I was last night!”) so it’s at least theoretically possible that he bought a few rounds. More likely he’s just braggin’ and lyin’ (and wishin’ and hopin’………)

I saw that Years ago . . . evidently before offing Himself Vaughn went on ’’oliday" to Northumberland; did some sketches just now being uncovered…one can easily see the Smythe influence.

Andy’s been known to buy a round.

So very kind of you. I figured my “Like” button would have to be pressed very hard to just barely make the connection, if at all. My part of the day was good, but the faucet leaked when I finally pressurised it. It was internal with external results of water drops on the floor of the undersink cabinet. I took it off and ran it back to the store for exchange. I used a generous supply of the kind of words that Afficio saves for the computer.

How frustrating. Sorry that happened. I think we’ve all been there when everything seems to go wrong on the ONE day they’re supposed to go right.

I’m sure I’ve been there.

I hope today is a MUCH better, less stressful day for you.
