One of the things I’ve alway admred most about this strip is the way Samson draws Melody. Except for the long eyelashes. ( which are almost invisible in today’s strip ) there’s absolutely nothing overtly feminine about her. Yet one look at this character and you know instantly that it’s a, ‘she’ you’re seeing.
