Gramma Pickles!!! GAH!!!!!!!!!

And when Nelson gets a child, his mother will be “Grandma P-”…. wait. What is the married name of Earl and Opal’s daughter?

He didn’t hear a word you said Opal. He’s fastasleep.

Until someone upstairs says tag your out.

My nieces call me “Aunt Jane Pickles”, thanks to a little encouragement from my sister ;-)

Their daughter’s name is Sylvia, and she married Dan, who is a photographer and they have a house next door.

Life is like a family photograph. When you’re the new baby, you get to sit right in front, usually on your Mom’s lap. As you grow, and more people are added to your family, you move farther back. Then, one day, there you are – in the picture on the wall behind everyone.

We used my grandmothers’ first names for the most part. Made for a lot less confusion.

So ‘Pickles’ is their last name? I didn’t know where the name of the strip came from.

I’ve only heard him call her Grandma – I know I would not want to be called Grandma plus last name- what’s wrong with the first name?

I’ve said this before. It doesn’t matter what your kids or grandkids call you… as long as they call you !
