The systems on top must be in place and completed before the ones below them are worked into the system.The order of importance and sequence of repairs is:1. Foundation repairs2. Structure and framing repairs.3. HVAC4. Plumbing5. Roofing6. Electrical7. Insulation8. Kitchen and Bathrooms9. Interior and exterior walls and ceilings.10 Paint and paper.These are in fundamental order of system criticality. Changes or problems found while doing them out of order will cause major sections of work to be undone and lost.
