So? Who does have the power? .I just flashed to “I Have The POWER!!!!!” Probably because I really did meet a He-Man and Skeletor (sp?) on the weekend. (gotta love those Fan Expos and all the costumes)

A convicted felon loses some of his rights of being a citizen. In addition to losing his freedom for a period of time (known as being an inmate of a prison), he loses the right to own firearms. Other than that, he is still considered a citizen.
