There is only enough recording space on the system for four words. So, the company he is calling only hears: “It would be nice”. The company then reports this as “positive customer feedback” to its stock holders!

Speaking to an actual person is no better. I actually ended a call this week with, “You’ve been very unhelpful. Good bye.”
