I had a bike stolen when I was in high school. It was an old bike and I didn’t think anyone would bother stealing it because it was so old and in such bad shape. Weeks later my dad spotted it in a bike rack outside of a place where they gave piano lessons. The piano teacher claimed she didn’t know who it belonged to so I never did find out who took it, but I guess they figured it wasn’t worth the price of new paint since it was so old.
