With a true/false test, you have a fifty percent chance of getting it right by chance. .With a multiple choice test, you have many more chances to get it right if several of the answers lead to happiness.
I’d say it’s more like a survey.
On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the happiest.
And of course it’s on a day by day basis.
