I saw a scientific study that said chocolate is good for you. Well, if the study said so, it must be true. But then, I also saw a study that said chocolate can be bad for you. Those studies are notoriously unreliable.
Same studies are done on coffee. This week caffeine is good, next week, decaf is the culprit that is bad for your health. C’mon guys, make up your mind.
There are no guidelines as to what constitutes a “study”.
For example, in my college years my study of better living through chemistry proved there are no long term benefits of such a lifestyle. Of course the results only came out 40 years later.

As with almost everything, it’s ok in moderation. Excess is when it’s bad.
