Baltimore! Not too large, lots of history of its own (Ft. McHenty, Flag House.), museums, and close to Philly, DC, Annapolis, and other attractions. Not all that far from NYC, but I don’t want to go there.
A new lawn care service salesman came to the door with cards and color brochures. He was promoting environmentally safe weed control. I asked him if they sprayed for nutgrass. He called to see what they use. There is a very expensive hormone for that. They use arsenic.
Peter’s friend just liked the t-shirt. No favorite city. In traveling, I always see some kind of claim to fame that makes even the smallest towns stand out from all the rest.
Haven’t been to many places in life. Can’t say I’ve met a city I’ve liked yet. Too many people, too much noise and dirt.Grew up in the suburbs and moved to a rural/ suburban area. I guess I like my open spaces. If I wanted to go or live anywhere else, it would be the island of Kauai. Beautiful, peaceful, laid back, a true paradise.
Oh gee Tony! Some are cities, some aren’t. Niagara-on- the-Lake, Toronto, Montreal, Kingston,Ont., Baltimore, Ocean City, MD, Chapel Hill, NC, Saint Augustine.

Don’t ask Peter nor me to call the fire department, Stan, when you go ablaze.

To eat, drink & be merry, N’Orlean. Love that party town! To live Big “D” – preferably North Dallas.
