Alice: What are you reading, Petey? Petey: "Little Nemo and the Magic Dragon." Alice: What's it about? Petey: Little Neuro is sitting in bed when a dragon sticks its head in the window. It tells him it'll grant his every wish. Alice: Cool! Petey: But Little Neuro's dragon allergy acts up and he sneezes all over it, so it leaves. Alice: Why doesn't the stupid dragon just eat him? Petey: Take your gory imagination and get out of my room.

Love that illustration in the middle, Richard! Wish I could see it in print! Then again, I wish I could see LIO in Sunday print as well, but, alas, neither strip is in Sunday print anywhere near Southern NJ. And I know the internet isn’t doing justice to your coloring.
