KInda like Phoenix in the middle of summer, i.e. the water, nothing else. One can take a nice warm shower even tho the water heater is turned off.

“Heater” can also be slang for a gun. So a water heater is a squirtgun, and a hot water heater is a stolen squirtgun….

In his case, “hot water heater” might be correct. That’s one that I notice, too.
