One piece of good news, Lio – I believe you get to advance at least 2 (if not 3) bases because Eva Rose threw an object at the ball. OK, he still doesn’t even get to advance any bases “with” Eva Rose, but it’s a start.

Hmm, Eva Rose has some interesting talents. And for once she actually did something to get Lio’s attention.

Put Eva Rose on first base. The game will be a shut out for sure.

In the next panel, Eva Rose tosses her knife (without looking) straight into Lio’s heart. (PROBABLY the one floating over him, although with Eva you never really know……….)

Oh ho…so THAT’S why Lio didn’t try to get out of signing up for Little League ( The way he did last year and every other year before. )

Lio does have good form and follow through.
