quite amazing that there are no outraged Christians commenting…..try doing that to an image of Allah on a Muslim GoComics site and see what happens.Muslims just take themselves too seriously, in a deadly sort of way
I believe he was responding to nighthawks. He should bother because, at least indirectly, nighthawks was seeking Christian input. The general consensus, at least of Christians with whom I associate, is that attempts at humor at the expense of Christian symbols or jabs at Jesus don’t really impact anything. Frequently, they say more about the artist’s feeling about Christians rather than the faith itself. And as a Christian, I have pretty mixed feelings about Christians, too. But mostly, who cares if an artist wants to do something intended to offend? Why should I let it bother me?
How DARE you! May God forgive your ignorance of what Christ went through to save you from eternal damnation, if only you would believe. It truly is appaling that there aren’t any other Christians enraged by the blasphemy seen here. Shame on everyone who made a flipant comment here about the greatest and most selfless act in all history.
