The lives of others seem so much more appealing than our own until we are able to see them for what they really are.

@gmartin997I guess it was inevitable that someone would bring out that tired old joke / canard (I’m not sure if you intended it to be funny, or if you really believe one partner in a same-sex relationship plays the role of the opposite sex)…

The trouble with being a “middle-of-the-road” person in life is that you get second-hand mud on you from those in either ditch slinging mud at each other.

Nobody’s life is as good as it looks on Facebook.

@David L…Thanks. I’ve been quoting that for half my life, not remembering where I’d read it. I now consider myself enlightened.

I am waiting for the naysayers that have heaped personal abuse on calimesajim to man up and show a little class with an acknowledgement he has been correct about the Benghazi cover up. It’s OK to disagree but not so cool with the personal attacks.

Going from a comic strip to a political rant is quite a large leap. Now that you have vented for the day (hopefully), please refrain from trying to incite the masses. I get the impression that you love to hate.

It is not so much about “which one plays the role of the opposite sex”, it is more like “who is dominant”.
