@pcolli That depends: Is she a white female reporting a violent assault by a stranger, or is it one of the much more common scenarios? Does the law enforcement officer she speak to ask her “what she was wearing” and atempt to shame her out of filing a report? If she does, is she in the (apparently) 75% of cases that won’t see anarrest, much less a conviction?Unfortunately, it is incredibly difficult for victims of either gender to see legal action following a sexual assault. I don’t have the numbers but I believe a case of woman-on-woman would typically also not see follow through.Basically the case is that almost everyone reporting rape is effectively silenced. Not to mention getting over the social stigma of reporting in the first place…
The possible outcomes are: 1. Evil prevails; Jane takes advantage of the Dotty drunk.2. Good prevails: Jane tucks her in and kisses her on the forehead.
This homosexual scene is very offensive. It made me want to throw up. And those people who think doing the right thing is boring have something wrong with their outlook. I am so fed up with homosexuality and people saying it’s cool It is NOT.
Continuation to my previous comment….I think Jane will respond in kind to a kiss from Dorothy but that is all. She will then pull the plug on this encounter tonight. In order to give Dorothy time to come out of her stupor. Then I think Jane will maybe initiate first contact but only if they talk about their relationship openly.

Spoken as if from experience!
Also to consider: criminal charges for sexual assault (drunks can’t give informed consent.)

In the morning she will say, “I sure tied one on last night.”

this pains me to ask, but what proof of a rape would Dorothy have? There would be no insertion or fluids. Though, Jane should leave her be.

The second outcome would be pretty boring.

I don’t think that Jane is about to make a huge mistake. She has given Dorothy several get out scenes already. But despoool
