    I haven’t used GoJo in over 30 years, but I still recognize the smell. Hoppe’s #9, it ain’t.

    Our hardware store has Lava in the pump bottle but they said the bar Lava is discontinued. The bar got pretty grungy on the sink, anyhow.

    GoJo…. I remember that from way too far back to tell, but it involved sawdust garage floors and lotsa leaky engine and drive-train parts ! If it weren’t for Ford and Harley, I wouldn’t know which end of a wrench to hold today !

    I remember something called Solvol from my younger days. It was a grey bar of soap with abrasive particles. This was in Australia and my father always had a supply of it.

    I still use GoJo, it gets the hands clean and doesn’t dry out the skin. Most hand sanitizers are 99% alcohol anyway.
