If Rose doesn’t want rabbits in her garden, she should plant jalapeños around the edge again, and that will protect her garden.

When Rose turned into her alter ego, she became a little ‘rabid’.

I like Vicki. To those who call gardeners mean to CUTE animals, homecook a meal for your family, put it in front of them, and when they are ready to eat have someone pick up the food and throw it in the trash and tell them to go hungry. Tell them how they should give their food to the animals because you think they are cute.

The bunnies around here are cute, but a few winters ago some ringed the ornamental crab apple that was gracing our front strip. Last winter they ringed the apple trees – except for the red “delicious,” which is grievously misnamed. Trees that have their bark chewed off all the way around, die.

Love that Vickie, the rabbits…not so much!

I like bunnies, they’re mother-nature’s unwitting comedians and they make great companions. They have enough enemies already…
