I like Jim’s mix of deep sf influences and pop culture ridiculousness ;)Actually, when I first started reading Monty – starting with around Feb. 2023 – I thought it was really lame, but funny partly because it was so lame and corny. But then I began to think it was actually funny sometimes. Get the difference? It’s kind of like.. um.. what was it.. maybe Pearls Before Swine.
