Quick, throw gluten and butter on it!

Popcorn and pumpkin seeds are healthy and tasty (except for the salt). Spare ribs, not so much. But two out of three ain’t bad.

Healthy eating IMHO is not any one dish but the overall balance, habit and pattern. Allergies aside, there is room in any diet for an occasional treat.

Healthy food rat died. Potato chip soda pop rat survived..But diabetic diet = if it tastes good, spit it out

So my vegan friend says: “you oughta stop eating burgers and hotdogs – they’re bad for you! Why don’t you try Boca Burgers and Morning Star Farms veggie dogs?” So I tried them – and they taste good. Then, I looked at the ingredients label. There wasn’t a piece of anything that exists in nature – just some stuff taken from things that exist in nature.

Sadly, Dirk doesn’t mean his dish is “healthy” for the person consuming it. He means whoever he made it with was “healthy” at least until the whoever was cooked into the dish.

And what does one have to do with the other?I didn’t say anything about Republicans and obesity.However I am tempted to comment about Republicans and intellect.

I’m strongly suspecting that Mexico made #1 when all the thin, healthy people came here to build/clean our houses, mow our lawns, etc….

There was no butter in Dirks final dish, Judge Paula Dean had convulsions.
