Bring three. You can use the third one for trash.

I never bring any less than ten. that way I never have to worry. after all, what if you find a hole in the bag when you cover your hand with it?

We’re volunteers at the local doggie park. I think I’ll post this on the bulletin board.

I always bring two. Our yorkie likes to split her doo doo up between two different spots.

I liked hearing about that town in spain where they actually mailed the d.c. back to the owners, it certainly gets to point across.

I travel with a pocket full of newspapers sleeves but I suggest having at least 3 bags — one for your dog, one for backup and one to give out to the person who “forgets” his bag and thinks that is an excuse for not picking up.

Newspaper sleeves are GREAT! unfortunately, the paper decided to stop delivering in this area due to “low customer count”….I don’t do plastic shopping bags- but have had a number of people “gift” me with poobags. **whew*** and it takes two for a lab, anyway!

I used to travel about with two bags all the time; then I married one and she won’t let me bring the other.

I use a large coffee cup, fits a good size coffee, a large lab duece, and comes with a lid. Best of all, I won’t catch myself twirling a bag of sh*t round and round as I walk.

Newspaper sleeves are good for wet umbrellas too. Why don’t they make a hands-free scoop on a stick?

But whale poop is OK? Have you ever SEEN whale poop!? It’s HUGE!! (and you swim in it too when you go in the ocean) Just pick it up and toss it in the ocean!

A lot of crappy comments here. Carry a roll of bags and move on. ;-)

Maybe those of us without dogs should save small bags that would work well for this so that we can give them to dog owners who use them – reuse is better than recycling :)
