When I had to work late, my ex-BF used to make “Pantry Surprise”: kick the door of the pantry, and the first six edible things off the shelves went into the pot. Most memorable was fettucini with taco-infused sliced Spam, mushrooms and black olives. Actually it was not as bad as it sounds, but some experiments were better than others.
