Did they start this strip with the intention of dumping all their old bad joke just by putting them in with an unlikable character? They are still a bunch of bad jokes.

Looks like Cletis’ hayseed took.

Followed by the “Deliverance” of a bouncing baby “Hill-Billy” or “Hill-Billie”.

There’s frost on that pumpkin.

“Don’t worry, honey. If we get divorced, you’ll still be my sister.”

And when they die they come back as hillbillies as reintarnation.

I totally don’t get that.
