It’s all in the context. The use of the word “white” was deliberate to focus on the race issue rather than the law.

He’s joking. I know plenty of people who regard him as a thug and a criminal who have nothing to do with the GOP, including myself. He’s indistinguishable from any other republican, acts entirely in the interests of the 1% and the corporation, is giving away our social security and helping to destroy the middle class. His “health” program was invented by republicans; it’s a giveaway to insurnace companies and will never result in anyone actually getting treated for anything, but it will cost everybody money and is therefore worse than the nothing that was there before … the list goes on.
