Looks like Cobra is trying to help Breezy. No doubt her motive is to get her hands on the wish granting idol.

I did locate the handbook on Amazon, but it’s titled “The Supervillian Handbook: The Ultimate How-to Guide to Destruction and Mayhem.” Authored by none other than King Oblivion, PhD.

Most likely because she WROTE it.
