Hey. It’s a comedy style, and some people like it. I watched some of her show; found some funny, some cringe-worthy. Not my style, but at least I can understand why people might like it, unlike some comics who just seem (to me) to be stupid all the time rather than funny.

Re: Mindy Kaling (and her ilk) having her own show: I’m tellin’ you, that’s what comes having a bazillion channels out there in combination with a capitalist system that will do ANYTHING it can to make money in combination with a brain-dead, celebrity-driven culture.
