With my impending surgery, Ive been reflecting...
I have one big regret in my life....
Ive never practiced the art of forgiveness.
Your procedure isn't the least bit life threatening.
So , I can stay mad at certain people?!
Even though it may be a minor procedure, he could still get sick from something else. People and hospitals are full of germs. People just visiting can bring in something. It happened to my mom. Infection rates are higher than you think they are. So he should not be worried, but be concerned.
When I went into the hospital a year and a half ago it was for an emergency hernia repair when my hernia strangulated. The surgery wasn’t exactly life threatening, but due to complications I ended up with two more surgeries and unconscious for about 2 months. I don’t remember anything from those 2 months, but I’ve been told that at one point the doctors gave me a 0% chance of survival, but here I am today, still kicking (so to speak).

No one deserves to be forgiven, but they can be.

Do you HAVE to wait until you’re on the verge of dying to start forgiving?
