So the flight was not cancelled! I thought it was the airline’s obligation to deliver its passengers to their destination. Does anybody know where Slim lives? I thought it was in the Carolinas. If so, that’s a long way from Newark. This arc has more holes than a colander.
This is why I think Slim needs a new comic strip. I’m tired of him being portrayed as less intelligent than the vegetables he doesn’t know how to boil. I’m tired of him being the butt of all the jokes in this strip. Especially Clovia’s fat jokes.

I meant to say Panel 2. I’ve actually been to Newark several times, and I have to say it’s not the greatest airport in the country.
