I’ve been 22 for the last 48 years …kinda getting tired of being “young and foolishmaybe I should start celebrating my birthdays?”

The worst thing about growing old is mentally you are still in your 20’s but the body tells you exactly how old you are.

I’m so old I had “Snap..Crackle..and Pop” twice today…The first time when I got out of bed…The second when I sat down to eat my cereal..

18-20 years of age would be MY number..Installing Volkswagen engines by hand without the need fora hydraulic jack..

Between 25 and 30 I got into a good exercise program (one I created for myself) and I was in the best shape of my life. Then when I was 30 I developed arthritis in my back and hips and that put an end to my exercise program. Now I’m 54 and my arthritis is down in my ankles plus I’ve had 2 hernia repairs and a bowel reconstruction (with complications that left me unconscious for 2 months and when I woke up I couldn’t move my legs until after several months of rehab). Between the arthritis and other problems I manage to hobble around, but I wouldn’t mind feeling like I did at 25.
