The wording for the one about Dahala Khagrabari is confusing. According to Wikipedia, it is a 3rd order enclave.
Dahala Khagrabari is part of India.Dahala Khagrabari is surrounded by Upanchowki Bhajni, which is part of Bangladesh. Upanchowki Bhajni is surrounded by Balapara Khagrabari, which is part of India. Balapara Khagrabari is surrounded by Bangladesh.
Also, according to Wikipedia, no one actually lives in Dahala Khagrabari. It is used for farming.

In the Netherlands there is a similar situation. Baarle-Hertog (Belgium) is intertwined within Baarle-Nassau (Netherlands.)
There the houses have Nationality flags by the house number to indicate which country they are in.
