Reminded of when I was supposed to be at intramural sports (at the end of which Mom would come pick me up), but would often go a couple blocks to my friend Jeff’s house and like as not do science experiments. I used Mom’s reaction the time I didn’t get back to school soon enough in a sermon tagging off 12-year old Jesus at the Temple from Mary’s perspective. For a time our intramurals included checkers, chess, and ping-pong. I did checkers, but rumors grew that I was playing chess, then that I was going to play the gym teacher in charge, then that I had beaten him.

I dont get it,what is she doing?
