hahaha Too funny. My wife says I’m like that. I DO listen, but I’ve always got so much going on that I can’t remember EVERYTHING. Unfortunately, those are the things she expects me to remember. Bills, birthdays, anniversaries…. lol
Not when meeting someone new (too busy thinking what I will say in response). I do listen to my man, but he repeats himself a lot and does not listen to all my chatter. He says I speak too softly.
My husband doesn’t listen. He has hearing aids and refuses to wear them and then says I speak too softly. I gave a talk, which he recorded, and he swore he couldn’t hear a word I said. The recorder, however, picked up all of it.

Sometimes hubby goes on and on about technical stuff at work and finally I interrupt and say “Sorry, I’m not listening.” Gotta be honest. :-)
