Yes, they’re more offended at this point rather than irritated. My oldest whistles non-stop, which irritates my husband. I should check him for pearls.

oysters and clams look like snot. they gross me out to look at let alone think about eating. BLLEEECCCCCCHHHH

After all, clams have no pearls yet they are famous for their happiness…

The best way to irritate an oyster is to say bad things about his mother(-of-pearl).
