Ruth said today strip is good and its probably because Andy isnt in it! I say shes probably right….just glad to have my best friend here for a while…we tore 2 bookstore’s up today and stumbled on to a deli with the best pastrami ever…good day!

With some of the names bands give themselves these days, that’s not really such a stupid question!

They only did one song called Tears Are Not Enough for famine relief in 1985. It was most of the Canadian music industry at the time.

The problem is that to see the lights in person, you have to be somewhere that is a) cold, b) wet, and c) kinda scary to those of us with vivid imaginations [alien invasion, Armageddon, toxic waste becoming sentient, etc.]. I’ll stick with the second hand version, like those at Lights Over Lapland.

I wouldn’t know. I don’t go into pubs. They’re not my sort of place to be honest. -My cousin likes pubs. He says he’ll only stop for ONE. If he really did drink just the one then I wouldn’t know who he was anymore. LOL. -Why would Chalkie want to steal my girly pony? I’m back in the USA now – got back yesterday, but with the worst cold I’ve ever had. Six, Judy and I had a blast in Glasgow before my cold set in. Hope to make it back to Scotland but in better health someday soon. Had to leave sooner than planned because of the Cold.

Does it always snow in October where you are?Personally, I’m not looking forward to the snow and ice coming here. I don’t want to slip and fall like I did last year. I WAS careful but sometimes it doesn’t matter how careful you are.My Friday has been excellent. I hope your weekend is even better.

Its my Son’s 41st birthday….we are about to go out for some awesome steak dinners…@ The Chicago Firehouse…will be thinking of Bev when I see a waiter slide down the pole to take our order…hope I am dressed ok…its supposed to be casual, so I am wearing jeans and a denim shirt along with some knee high leather boots….Ruth said I needed to get a tattoo to go with them…lol…have a good night all!

dinner was beyond awesome and we are stuffed and then some…wet aged bone in rib eyes…awesome…there is no other word…melt in your mouth beefiness…we are taking showers and going to bed now….couldnt even blow a birthday candle out at this point…god bless yellow cabs!
